REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS
PROFESSIONAL ARCHITECTURAL/ENGINEERING SERVICES
The Village of Scotia is requesting qualifications from qualified individuals or firms for the
provision of architectural/engineering services in connection with Drinking Water and
Clean Water Infrastructure Improvements. Respondents will be reviewed and selected
according to the qualifications process based upon technical skills and relevant
