NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held by the Village of Scotia Planning Board in THE Scotia Fire Department Meeting Room, 148 Mohawk Ave, Scotia, New York at 7:00 PM, Thursday October 9th, 2025 at which all interested person will be heard concerning the proposal submitted by [Cellco Partnership d/b/a Verizon Wireless](or the “Applicant”) to the Village of Scotia Planning Board requesting municipal approval to install and operate new small wireless communication facility on existing telephone pole] located at 253 Vley Road, 31 Holly Blvd, 52 Market Street, Village of Scotia, County of Schenectady, State of New York. This application requires Planning Board approval in accordance with Village Code Section 250-59.2-250.59.5. See www.villageofscotia.org for more information.
